SHIPPING POLICY
Type of shipping methods;
Small Pack Delivery: Smaller to midsize items will be shipped using our UPS small pack service. Options for this service include: Standard Ground and 2nd day air. If you’ve ordered two or more items, you may receive your order in multiple boxes. Due to the variability of shipping locations, your order may be received on different days. There are no additional charges for split shipments.
Standard Freight Delivery: Larger, heavier items, items of a fragile nature, or items containing regulated materials, will be delivered by a freight carrier. Standard freight service includes delivery of your order curbside. Delivery of your merchandise inside your home is available using White Glove Delivery Service.
White Glove Delivery: This service includes delivery of the items, inside your home. The service includes carton and packing materials removal and disposal. We highly recommend this option for larger, heavier items.
White Glove Delivery is a premium service, and is available for an additional charge. Please contact customer service for details at 1-877-544-4869.
Note: White Glove Delivery Services apply to single story deliveries only. Deliveries involving more than 1 flight of stairs will be subject to additional charges. Please contact customer service at 1-877-544-4869 for details.
IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT DELIVERY
Carriers prefer to make the delivery with the person who originally placed the order. In the event that you would like someone else to receive the delivery on your behalf, please contact our customer service, and we'll be glad to make that change for you.
Third party carriers sign for all deliveries in good condition before taking possession of the item(s) from us. Before taking delivery of your order either inspect the merchandise or inspect the condition of the shipping container/carton.
During the delivery process the carrier will require the merchandise to be signed for, and it is very important to note damages, shortages or discrepancies. In case of concealed damage, you must inspect and note the delivery carton condition for any creases, tears, dents, or holes.
Failure to properly write damages, shortages, discrepancies or carton condition on the delivery document will waive your rights to file a claim.
You must save the shipping carton(s) and all inner cartons as well as all original packing materials.
Failure to save shipping and packing materials will waive your rights to file a claim.
CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS:
From receipt of your damaged merchandise or with any order discrepancy i.e. wrong finish, wrong style, physical defects, dents, broken glass, missing parts and etc. You must take your merchandise out of their boxes and inspect them within 48 HOURS. Failure to inspect and notify us within 48 HOURS will waive your rights to file a claim.

ACCEPTING SHIPMENTS
Before accepting delivery, you are required to inspect each and every box for damages, shortages or discrepancies or missing items. By accepting delivery of a shipment, you acknowledge that the item(s) were received in 100% usable condition and that you have received every item listed on the packing slip. If you are not required to sign for a shipment and you received damaged goods, please contact us at 877.544.4869 immediately to report the problem. Under no circumstances will LEE’S STUDIO process claims if not reported within 48 HOURS of receipt.
SHIPPING RATES
LEE’S STUDIO will contact you via email or phone to confirm your shipping charges.
If you would like expedited shipping for your order, please contact a sales associate at 1-877-544-4869. Expedited shipping requires an additional charge based on the total weight and dimensions of your orders and is not available on all products.
If you require signature service, please place your order with a sales representative at 1-877-544-4869. LEE’S STUDIO cannot be liable for items lost in shipment.
Most products should ship within two to three weeks of your confirmed order.
If a product is backordered and has a lead time exceeding 45 days, LEE’S STUDIO will notify you and allow a 24 hour cancellation period without a cancellation fee.
Please see the Returns and Replacements section for instructions on what to do if a product is damaged during shipment.

ORDER PROCESSING
ORDER ACCURACY
You will receive an order confirmation email with a list of all items ordered. Please check this email to confirm its accuracy and contact us immediately if you have any questions. LEE’S STUDIO is not responsible for items purchased in error and will not assume any cost to exchange items ordered in error.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
LEE’S STUDIO attempts to process orders as soon as they are submitted, and we cannot accept changes or cancellations for orders that have been processed.
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel an order after a customer submits an order.
However, customers wishing to change or cancel their order may call 1-877-544-4869 before 5 PM, EST, on the day of purchase. If you call by 5 PM, EST, on your day of purchase we will cancel your order without any penalty.
The following orders cannot be cancelled at any time:
· Orders with an invoice total greater than $2,000 or orders with 10 or more of the same item.
· Custom-made items.
REFUSED DELIVERIES - If the product is refused upon delivery, the standard return policy will not apply. The customer will be responsible for the manufacturer’s restocking fee which may be up to 50% of the purchase price of the item; as well as both initial and return freight charges. Any order under $75, over $2000, 10 or more of the same item or custom made orders refused will not be refunded under any circumstance.
Return options are limited for orders that have been accepted and not refused. Any damaged or missing items not noted at the time of delivery must be reported in writing within 48 HOURS of receiving the shipment. Contact us at 877.544.4869 with any questions.
If you discover damaged products upon opening a shipment and decide not to accept delivery, please contact us at 877.544.4869 immediately to take appropriate action to resolve the matter. We will respond to your email within 24 hours. A claim will be filed with the carrier to replace the damaged item at no cost. If the damaged product is repairable with replacement parts, these parts will be shipped at no cost. LEE’S STUDIO will not be responsible for expedited shipping of any replacement parts or products. At times the backordered replacement product or parts could be significantly delayed. We will notify you if this condition exists.

REPLACING DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN ITEMS
LEE’S STUDIO will replace damaged, defective, or broken products and glass, free of charge, under the following conditions:
· The customer must notify LEE’S STUDIO of the product defect via email within 48 HOURS of delivery. If you do not notify us about broken, damaged, or defective goods within 48HOURS of delivery, we cannot replace them free of charge.
· We will confirm receipt of your notice within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends. A customer service representative will provide you with instructions for returning the product using a Return Goods Authorization number. Replacement requests will not be accepted without a Returns Good Authorization number.
· Damaged, defective, or broken products must be received and inspected by a LEE’S STUDIO representative or the manufacturer before a replacement is sent.
RETURNING ITEMS
LEE’S STUDIO works to provide a hassle-free return process. Products may be returned under the following conditions:
· The customer must notify LEE’S STUDIO within 15 days of delivery receipt that you would like to return the product. Returns cannot be accepted 15 or more days after delivery. Customers must notify us via email. We will confirm receipt of your notice within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends. A customer service representative will provide you with instructions for returning the product using a Return Goods Authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization number.
· The product must be in its original box with original packaging materials, must not show signs of installation (no cut wires or scratches), must contain all original parts including screws and must be in resalable condition.
· The product must not have been part of a custom order, Orders with an invoice total greater than $2,000 or orders with 10 or more of the same item, custom-made items, purchased items from our clearance section, or discontinued by the manufacturer. We cannot accept light bulb or dimmer returns.
· Customers will be responsible for return shipping and up to a 50% restocking fee.
Once a product has been received, we will work to provide credit to customers as quickly as possible.
RETURN PROCESSING
To return an item, please send an email to customer service for a return authorization number.
After a Return Authorization is requested, we will:
1. Issue an RGA number (return goods authorization number) and provide an address for you to use to ship the products.
2. Issue credit within 30 days after receiving and inspecting the product.
Credits will not be issued for products damaged during return shipment, and you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipper. Therefore, it is recommended to insure all return shipments and provide us with tracking information.
EXCHANGES
Most manufacturers do not reduce return fees for product exchanges. Please contact customer service via phone or email to inquire about exchange options. We will respond to your email within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends.
THE FOLLOWING MANUFACTURERS WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS
· Adesso, House of Troy, JR Moder, Nulco, Poulsen, Robert Abbey, and Triarch will only accept returns that have manufacturer defect or damage.
· Hanover Lantern, Mica Lamp Company, and Vibia will replace broken products, but do not accept returns. All sales are final.
· Juno items that are priced under $200
· Basic Source’s alabaster items
· Access Lighting products with CFL fixtures
OTHER POLICY
SALES TAX
LEE’S STUDIO charges sales tax on all orders shipped to a New York or to a New Jersey addresses. Qualified resellers are able to insert a tax exemption number during checkout.
Customers outside the state of New York or New Jersey are accepting responsibility to pay their own sales or use tax to their state, city or local municipality on any purchase from LEE’S STUDIO.
PRODUCT PICTURERS ON Leesstudio.com
The pictures of the items on the LEE’S STUDIO website are provided by the manufacturers of the products. These pictures are professionally photographed and are the same as or similar to manufacturers’ printed or online catalog. Products may vary from their photos, however, as a result of selected features (such as finish or glass) or variations in computer monitor resolution and color. LEE’S STUDIO is not responsible for variations in product image, including images where the manufacturer uses one image of a product that has many different variations, including finishes.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The descriptions of the items on the LEE’S STUDIO website are provided by the manufacturers of the products. These descriptions and specifications are the same or similar to manufacturers’ printed or online catalogs, but some variation may occur. LEE’S STUDIO is not responsible for any variation in product description or specification provided by the manufacturer.
We are not responsible for any labor costs, which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts.
NEWSLETTERS & EMAILS
LEE’S STUDIO will not sell your email address or pass it on to a third-party distributor. We will use email addresses collected to send you updates, special discounts, and news about LEE’S STUDIO. When you join our mailing list you will receive an email that confirms your addition to our list (or removal from it, if you choose). If you have any concerns about our list please email them to customer service.
PRIVACY POLICY
LEE’S STUDIO is committed to protecting your privacy. Information you provide us will not be sold or given to any outside party. We do share your address and phone number with the manufacturer responsible for shipping your order, but it is only used for the processing and shipment of the order. LEE’S STUDIO will only use your phone number to contact you in case of a problem with the fulfillment or delivery of your order. The email address you provide is used only to provide you with an order confirmation and tracking number. You reserve the right to opt-in to our mailing list(s) and have the ability to opt-out at anytime. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our privacy policy, please contact us so we can address them.
SECURITY
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure the security of your online order information. WARRANTY
LEE’S STUDIO does not provide warranties on the products offered for sale on this website. All lighting products, however, are sold with a manufacturer warranty which warrants that products sold to the first non-dealer purchaser will be free from defects in material and workmanship. If a product does have a defect, LEE’S STUDIO’S obligation is expressly limited to replacement, without charge, or repair at the factory after prior written return authorization has been granted. LEE’S STUDIO’S obligation under this warranty does not extend beyond the initial cost of the product and accordingly any consequential damages or labor costs arising out of a defect are expressly excluded. This warranty shall not apply to products that have been altered or improperly used. Notice of a defect must be received by LEE’S STUDIO within 90 days from the date of purchase.
All light bulbs, including those that ship with products, ballasts and dimmers are excluded from this warranty.
